Description
This Tequila Honey Bee recipe is Sweet yet spicy. It combines reposado tequila with a touch of smoky mezcal, fresh lime juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters
Ingredients

- One dash mezcal
- 2 ounces Tequila
- 1-ounce honey syrup
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- Two dashes of Angostura bitters
- Garnish lemon peel.
Instructions
Step 1: Combine mezcal, honey syrup, fresh lime juice, Tequila, and Angostura bitters in a cocktail shaker.
Step 2: Add a a large scoop of ice to the shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds.
Step 3: Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass filled with fresh ice.
Step 4: Cut a small strip of lemon peel and twist it over the top of the cocktail to release its oils.
Step 5: Garnish the cocktail with the lemon peel and serve immediately.
